Our Network Operation (NOC) service is focused on providing an excellent customer experience with fast responses and informed decision-making. The team is trained to respond to and resolve in-scope issues or route the issue to the quickest, most efficient resolution.
The ticket rate is determined based on when tickets are created.
Our business hours are Monday - Friday 6:00 am ET - 6:00 pm ET.
Times outside of business hours and all US Government holidays are classified as after hours.
